Our service starts with a meeting at your site, your home or here in the office to define the project brief. This enables us to provide you with a detailed written quote and scope.

Most projects have three distinct stages:

  1. Concept Design - Assess site conditions and constraints. Develop brief. Provide sketch plans, elevations and renders as required.
  2. Developed Design - Develop the plans and specification to an extent that allows sufficiently accurate cost feedback to be obtained, providing an opportunity to control costs through re-design (if required) before fully committing to building consent and construction documentation.
  3. Building Consent / Construction Documentation - Detailed architectural plans and specification suitable for construction and obtaining building consent. Co-ordinate and liaise with any consultants that have been engaged for the project (Engineer, Surveyor etc) and collate their documentation ready for lodgement to council. We lodge the documents to council for you and manage the project through until consent has been issued.
